Ridhima Nagpal is the 20-year-old founder, CEO, and baker behind Tuff Muff & Co. A certified baker & pastry chef, she started baking at 16 and spent years perfecting her craft, studying pastry arts, and exploring flavour-forward dessert culture. She is certified from IICA, New Delhi by City & Guilds, UK and WACS, Paris — a foundation that shaped her technique-driven approach and obsession with precision.

Driven by her experiences visiting iconic New York bakeries, Ridhima launched TMC at just 20, with a mission to bring Delhi a richer, bolder, and more premium dessert experience.

From recipe development to flavour innovation, she leads every part of the process — ensuring every TMC dessert reflects her signature style, quality, and obsession with real ingredients.
