She is certified from IICA, New Delhi by City & Guilds, UK and WACS, Paris — a foundation that shaped her technique-driven approach and obsession with precision.
Driven by her experiences visiting iconic New York bakeries, Ridhima launched TMC at just 20, with a mission to bring Delhi a richer, bolder, and more premium dessert experience.
